Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase through the service?
There is no limit to how many items you can purchase through the service. You can purchase as many or as few as you like.
Can I request specific brands or retailers?
Yes, you can provide your shopping expert with a list of your preferred brands or retailers, and they will consider them when making recommendations.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
if you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost. If you don't show up for the appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the total cost. However, if you cancel your booking before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may not be charged any fees. It's important to communicate any changes or cancellations with the stylist as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.
