We charge a 2.2%-3.5% platform fee to help us keep our platform running and provide the best possible experience for our customers by offering free tools to help streamline the booking process and provide customer support 7 days a week

What’s the easiest way to get started?

Getting started with GetStyled is easy and straightforward. Simply click the "Take our quiz" button and get matched with a curated list of top stylists for you, view their profiles and portfolios, and book the stylist that best suits your needs directly through our website or mobile app

What if I’m not satisfied with the service I receive?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to understand the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a partial refund, a discount on future services, or arranging a session with different stylist, depending on the situation and our terms of service.
