Your satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to understand the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a partial refund, a discount on future services, or arranging a session with different stylist, depending on the situation and our terms of service.
Each stylist’s profile on GetStyled includes detailed information about their specialties, experience, and client reviews. We recommend browsing through these profiles and portfolios to understand their style and expertise. Additionally, you can contact stylists directly through our platform to discuss your specific needs and preferences before making a booking.
If your preferred stylist is not available, we suggest exploring other talented stylists on our platform who offer similar services. You can also opt to be notified when the stylist becomes available, or our customer service team can assist you in finding an alternative stylist who matches your requirements
